Caramel Apple Buns

  • 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 1/2 tsp two 1/4 oz. packages Red Star Platinum Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
