roma tomatoes
chopped

persian cucumbers
chopped

small red onion
diced

olive oil

lemon juice

dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

crumbled feta cheese
1
4 oz black olives, drained
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
In a large glass bowl or measuring cup add oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over veggies and mix.
Sprinkle feta cheese and olives over salad.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve.
