Tomato Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
Salad:

15 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4
cup
black beans
salt and pepper to taste
1/2
onion
diced
1/2
bell pepper
any color, chopped
2
roma tomatoes
diced
1/2
cup
chopped cilantro
Dressing:
2
tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoon
red wine vinegar
3
garlic cloves
minced
1/2
tablespoon
lemon juice
1/2
tablespoon
honey
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl or measuring glass, add the dressing ingredients and stir together.
Add all salad ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Pour in the dressing, stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
