Chicken Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

  • 16 ounce sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 3/4 cup frozen bell pepper & onion mix
  • 1 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup real bacon bit pieces I use Oscar Meyer
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds frozen tater tots
  • garnish: green onions chopped


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken, bell pepper mix, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and cheese. Fold in frozen tater tots, leaving some out to lay across the top.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until bubbly and tater tots are golden brown.
  • Garnish, serve & enjoy!
