Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  •  
  • ½ head romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 5 slices of bacon cooked and cut into pieces
  • 20 cherry tomatoes sliced in quarters
  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • 1-2 avocados
  • ¾ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken meat optional
  • ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Place first six ingredients into a large bowl and mix together until incorporated.
  • Once everything is mixed together, plate salad into bowls, then sprinkle with avocado and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Drizzle with ranch, serve & enjoy!
