Using a large soup pot, cook pasta according to package details. Once cooked run cold water over them, drizzle with olive oil; set aside.
Place shrimp and spices in a medium bowl. Stir to combine; set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add in the shallots and cook 3 minutes. Add in garlic and cook additional 30 seconds.
Add shrimp to butter mixture. Stirring constantly, cook 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through.
Stir in wine, 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice and bring to a small boil. Boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over mixture and stir to incorporate.
Mix shrimp with prepared pasta in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
Serve immediately.
