Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls

Servings: 2 -3 bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cubed Ahi Tuna
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 Eat Smart Asian Sesame Vegetable Salad Kit
  • extras: soy sauce garlic chili sauce or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combine Ahi Tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and pepper flakes to a medium bowl. Stir to coat. Marinate 30 minute, or up to 2 hours.
  • Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds over Ahi Tuna.
  • In a large bowl mix together the Asian Sesame Eat Smart Gourmet Vegetable Salad Kit; set aside.
  • Place rice in a bowl, add salad, Ahi Tuna and avocado slices.
  • Add more soy sauce and garlic chili sauce, if desired.
  • Eat immediately and enjoy!
