Combine Ahi Tuna, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and pepper flakes to a medium bowl. Stir to coat. Marinate 30 minute, or up to 2 hours.
Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds over Ahi Tuna.
In a large bowl mix together the Asian Sesame Eat Smart Gourmet Vegetable Salad Kit; set aside.
Place rice in a bowl, add salad, Ahi Tuna and avocado slices.
Add more soy sauce and garlic chili sauce, if desired.
Eat immediately and enjoy!
